Shipping & Returns
This page explains how digital releases, merch orders, pre-orders, and returns are intended to work on the Legless Records store. Last updated: 22 March 2026.
1. Digital Music Delivery
Digital releases are normally made available through your order confirmation, download access, or account area once payment has been successfully completed. Pre-ordered digital releases become available on or after the stated release date.
2. Merch Fulfilment
Merchandise may be fulfilled by a production and fulfilment partner, including print-on-demand workflows. Production times can vary by item, supplier, and destination. Orders containing made-to-order items may take longer than standard stocked items.
3. Shipping Times
Delivery estimates are shown as guidance only. Dispatch and transit times can vary due to stock status, production delays, customs checks, carrier issues, or public holidays. Orders may arrive in separate shipments where products are fulfilled from different locations.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on destination. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, those costs are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Pre-orders
Pre-order products are charged according to the payment flow shown at checkout. Release dates and shipping dates are estimates and may move if manufacturing, licensing, platform, or fulfilment schedules change.
6. Returns for Physical Goods
Where cancellation rights apply, you may normally cancel a physical goods order within 14 days of receiving it, and then return the item within the following 14 days. Returned goods should be unused and in resaleable condition unless the return is for a fault. Some items, including personalised or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
7. Digital Content and Downloaded Products
Downloaded digital products are generally non-returnable once delivery has started and any applicable cancellation right has been waived or lost under applicable law.
8. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or not as ordered, it should be reported as soon as possible with supporting information such as photographs and the order number. Appropriate remedies may include replacement, repair, refund, or other remedies required by law.
9. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it should be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Timing can vary depending on the payment provider and banking system used.
